I know it’s a long shot and a specific question. But I have FEP Blue Basic health insurance. I feel like everyone preached about how wonderful BCBS is, but they’re been awful from my experience and just wondering if anyone else is dealing with it. My husband has been denied twice for medications that he needs, and those medications affect his fertility. Plus now they’re denying my bloodwork for hormone testing and have been denying practically any related to fertility. Meanwhile I’ve been diagnosed with infertility AND the benefits package has info on fertility coverage. So I don’t understand how something like <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> and <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a> and all medications that go with it are supposedly covered but my bloodwork isn’t? I have a plethora of claims on my account that are suddenly showing as not covered expenses, and it’s all for things like office visits, bloodwork, x-rays, etc. all from my fertility specialist. Anyone else dealing with this through FEP Blue Basic?
