5 Days Late - Faint Lines or Indents on Pregmate

Just had a negative blood test 2 days ago… im never late on my period and feel like shit today and have cramps like my periods coming. Just took these, are these indents? Taken at the same time. How can I get a negative blood test 2 days ago then this? 😩 so confused.
