Spotting

I been spotting for a little over a week. I went in on Monday to get an Ultrasound. Today I’m 6w 6 days. On Monday they only saw the sac but couldn’t see a fetus. Tech said it could be a bad pregnancy or just too early to see. They had me do 48hr HCG blood work. They called me today with the results and told me it went up but not as much as they would of liked. They said they’re not sure I’m having a miscarriage yet. So they asked I go back on Wednesday to get an ultrasound. Idk how to feel.

I am blessed to have 3 girls. All thanks to Femara meds. This pregnancy was the first without any medication. Gave me hope that maybe im not broken. But now im not sure how to feel. Has anyone had similar experiences. I’ve come to peace with whatever happens but it doesn’t take the sadness away.
