If I’m experiencing low blood sugar, will that show up in the glucose test? I know you fail if it’s high above the fasting test limit but what if I’m low, will this test show that or no?

Right now I experience total body weakness to the point I feel like fainting or passing out. My heart beats extremely fast and almost out of my chest. My breathing gets harder to do in that moment. All of that makes me lean over on something, want to sit immediately or even lie down. It’s frequent in my day to day life but sporadic throughout the day. I’m 29 weeks Sunday.
