Increasing supply
Can anyone help me ? My baby is 3 months old and I am trying to increase my milk supply. When she was born. I was pumping 8 oz each session. But I started birth control and was getting my period back to back. Now I can’t even get an ounce. I was exclusively breast feeding for 2 months now she has to have formula.
Any recommendations on how I can get my supply back up ?
