Help please

So I ovulated Sunday. It was confirmed by test and I kept testing to see how long I be positive but it turns negative but now it looks like this. I did have a miscarry last month but my hcg was Zero because I miscarried really early. I never had my first period yet since we got the okay from the doctor that we can try again whenever. Has anybody ever experienced this ?
