Noticing some sciatica like pain (weird numbness at lower entrance to vagina that runs down the back of my leg to my foot) and not sure what it could be from. I've had this feeling a few other times and figured it was from uncomfortable shoes or a too heavy backpack -

Does anyone know if use of a menstrual cup could cause the nerve to be pinched?

I recently had a ovarian cyst removed and with all the scans done, nothing about endometriosis came up so I don't think I have that. Just trying to get to the bottom of this feeling which I do not get often!
