Marijuana use on husband sperm counr

Been trying to concieve for a long time and husband finally has a semen analysis. He had low sperm count low motility and all of his blood work was normal.. i thibk his sample was 22million "normal" sperm. I keep telling him if he would just stop smoking weed it might help our chances to concieve. Does anyone have any experience with this in either direction?
