So my daughter is really good friends with our neighbor but her mom is pretty standoffish. For example if they are outside and so are we she will kind of usher them inside. Regardless they are in the same class and my daughter really wanted her to come to her birthday so we left an invite on their doorstep. I know she got it because they have it their door area enclosed. I saw her leaving the other day and waved hi. Still have heard nothing no rsvp and the party is tomorrow. It’s a very low key party and I highly doubt they have plans. Is it on me to reach out to her?
