No, today would be considered ovulation day and the next day would be 1DPO. A positive OPK doesn’t mean you’re ovulating, just that you’re experiencing an LH surge, which happens typically 12-36 hours before the egg is released!

With opks it's an estimate. You can ovulate 12 to 48 hours after your first positive opk. So if yesterday was your first positive opk then you could ovulate today or tomorrow and Tuesday would be 1dpo/2dpo.
