Call OB for blood test?

I had an IVF baby early 2023. Before that, even with infertility my periods were super regular. After birth, my periods were wonky, and have been starting anywhere from 3-6 days early, so I’m not even sure when they are actually supposed to start. I haven’t been on birth control for many years. Family members have been having dreams that I am pregnant and I’ve had some super subtle weird symptoms lately. I took a test yesterday using a pregmate test it looked negative. I took another this morning and I thought I saw a vfl, I took another right after it was more obvious, I took another with a tiny bit of pee I had left and it was very much there. So I ran to grab a first response and it’s VERY much there. I guess my question is, with my history of infertility, would it be bad of me to call my OB and request a blood test?
