Hcg levels 4 weeks???!!!

So I had a eptopic pregnancy in January and I just found out I’m pregnant again I’ve been trying for over 3 years now my doctor had me go in for blood work and my hcg levels were 208 ml is that low for 4 weeks he has a chart attached to my test results that say it’s too low but when I googled it they said 200 we’re about average for 4 weeks please help me I’m so afraid it’s another eptopic!!
