I got my IUD over 2 weeks over today, and I am 8 weeks postpartum. Ever since the week mark hit with having my IUD, I’ve been dealing with mild vertigo and started my period 10 days ago and I’m still bleeding and clotting super badly. I woke up this morning to my dizziness now being vertigo like.

I’m at a loss. I’m so depressed. I just want to feel normal and it’s so frustrating!!! Idk what’s wrong with me. Idk if it’s postpartum, my IUD, my iron, or WHAT?? I can’t barely walk. I feel like I’m in a wave pool…
