Late. Would I be wrong to call my doctor for blood test??

Question

I am currently 7 days late and have very regular cycles leading up to this one. I have taken 4 tests, all negative and I have no symptoms. Would it be silly to call my doctor for a blood test??

You didn’t ovulate when you think you did. No need for a blood test. 
Late period negative tests means late or no ovulation has occurred yet. How are you tracking your ovulation (if you are ttc)
