cramping 5w5d
my first pregnancy, i didn’t cramp or spot at all in my first trimester. i got an iud in 2018 and got it removed in dec 2023. i finally got pregnant and ive had pink and brown spotting along with mild cramping. i don’t have an appointment for another week and a half and im worried 😞 has anyone else experienced this?
