I'm 29, got told at 26 to try and give birth before 30 after an emergency laparotomy and a D&C. Lost a fallopian tube and two babies in that process. Trying to conceive now as my symptoms keep getting worse and i go months without menstruation. Came off the IUD in July and bled for a week, doctors are saying that was my menstruation. Been babby dancing for thr past three weeks, hoping i ovulate, according to my charts, i should have ovulated weeks ago, now my boobs are getting sore, and heavier by the day and i am getting discharges. Went in yesterday and nurse said, those are ovulation discharges. I am just confused. What is the best way to track ovulation in this case? Sorry for long post
