Advice!!

So I’m a 35 year old women my boyfriend is 25. So main question is, is that a bad age gap? He says it doesn’t bother him at all BUT I often get made fun of cus of his age also he’s about 1in shorter than me which I don’t go based on someone’s looks. He’s an amazing guy treats me a lot better than my ex husband did respectful and has a lot of patience towards me. It just makes me sad and awkward for ppl to pick on me knowing I finally feel happy without them making me feel like I’m taking advantage of him. I told him as well that his age did bother me but decided to give him a chance cus he’s just amazing and doesn’t care about my looks or anything else.
