We have been trying for our third for a year and nothing. It took us ages to conceive our son and we have struggled with so many miscarriages - I thought this may be our month but yet another AF…. This time it’s 5 days earlier than I expected and I was hopeful the signs were implantation not AF 😭😭 I have the worst pregnancies and TTC is so mentally draining! I do feel even know what else we can do at this point
