Membrane sweep

Just had a membrane sweep at 37 weeks. I’m 2cm and completely thinned out.

I did have a membrane sweep with my second and the first one did nothing but my second one a week later put me into labor the next day.

I’m so uncomfortable. The end of this pregnancy has been miserable. Wasn’t sick until the end. I hurt too bad to have sex or anything. My doctor said her head is in my pelvis and she is right there just waiting g and that’s why I’m feeling so bad.

I know she’ll come when she’s ready but what can I do besides sex to help maybe try to get myself to go into labor?
