Help!!!!

I’m not due my period until Monday and started spotting light this morning then got a little more red as the day has gone on but only when I wipe myself and also having some egg white cm with lower back pain and nipple pain, ive done a test this morning that has came back negative, is it possible that my period could be early or does it sound like an implantation bleed
