Had a miscarriage in may and been having similar signs now with this pregnancy. Had hcg 8/16 was 6800, 8/19 was 11000 and 8/21 was 12000 or so, got super nervous and got an urgent US today, internal, saw the sac, measuring correctly and an appointment for 2 weeks from now. I have cramping and have been having cramps for like a week or so, including severe back pain, but have a bad back anyway so idk. Cramps aren’t terrible, just feel like I’m getting my period basically.

I also get this spotting AFTER I have a BM, not sure what to think. I know there’s nothing anyone can do, I just have to wait for a heart beat in 2 weeks or monitor for heavy bleeding.
