Parent show me at the dispensary

Maybe I'm freaking out over nothing. I have a medical marijuana card. I also work as a para in a school. Our district's rules on medical marijuana are pretty much like alcohol. Don't come to school high. So I can have it. Both me and my fiancè have medical cards. I was at the dispensary and I saw one of my kiddos parents in there. They didn't say anything to me. I'm wondering if i should be concerned? I know I'm not doing anything wrong. I'm not breaking any rules. I don't show up to work high. But still
