Please read! -Birth control

I have never skipped a period with birth control before but I decided to skip my last period (expected start date 8/3) because we were on vacation. I started my new pack like usual and my period didn’t come like planned. I am terrified I somehow ovulated from skipping my period because I had jelly like discharge for a few days. is this possible at all?? I have not missed a single pill other than skipping the placebo pills and starting my new pack immediately. i’m now on the last placebo pill in my pack and I have no signs of my period coming so i’m getting worried.
