So, I’m pregnant with our second baby. We live in FL now instead of GA which is where I had our first. Our first was almost 7 years ago (he will be 7 next month) and, I guess, over time things have changed a lot?

I remember having an early ultrasound done with him, but this time around my OB is saying they don’t do anything until 10 weeks?! That seems like a really long time. I can understand that they want to do it later because they don’t want anyone to get scared if they can’t see anything right away because baby is so small, but still!

Anyways, I’ve had to schedule an appointment at a women’s care facility just to get an earlier ultrasound (8 weeks). It kinda pushes away our plans to tell his family on our trip next week when visiting them and, of course, I’m just a nervous wreck even more now too lol

Anyone in the same boat?
