Here we are again, but…

I’m not sure if I want to be active in the community or not but I will share my newest experience and maybe things will change. First trimester so far 10w6d started off sooo horrible and terrible nausea all day long can’t eat anything and being productive was not all possible.

I’m a models singer dancer actress travel agent life coach cosmetologist and massage therapist so I’m usually on the go and the morning sickness was definitely a fight…

Not to mention this pregnancy I wanted to keep to myself for a while till I knew what I wanted to do and and to not get everyone’s hopes up like last time… so only two people outside of myself know and it’s not the father of the child. I shared with my aunt who lives far away and my twin who is so consumed with her own life that she wouldn’t be a stress of bother…

So far I’ve survived and learned that my diet was not a capable or sustainable diet for pregnancy. When the body wants to eat it will eat you up… literally and figuratively… trying to change this habit has been a task but I believe I have gotten better at snacking and eating more often and now I’m working on the water intake. I think that because last time I was drinking plenty of water I felt like that was my downfall so I’ve been trying to not over drink water which has been probably less water than I need as I’m finding myself dry and thirsty a lot more… before I was drinking a gallon a day or a little less… now I’m definitely drinking less… I got me a water jug to try to help with the water intake so hopefully all these adjustments will help with this morning sickness…

I hope this helps someone who is new to all of this as no one has instructions on the first trimester…
