I am heading to the ER in a bit to get some blood work and an exam done since I’ve been bleeding on and off heavy and then light brown and red blood for 18 days. I feel fatigued and weak, just not myself. I also had a TL in 2017.

I called my OB and have an appt for Thursday, but I am having moderate cramping which has been going on since the bleeding started. She mentioned to take a HPT to rule out an ectopic. So far I’ve got negatives.

I want to know if anyone on here has had this happen and if you can still have an ectopic pregnancy without a positive HPT?
