Does anyone have period food aversions?
I hear about period cravings (like chocolate and junk food) but I don't have that as much as AVERSIONS.
For example: I find fresh produce revolting on my period. Cooked veggies sure. I love a good stir fry or sauteed veggie but cold fresh produce even in the heat of summer makes me want to hurl on my period. And I eat salad and veggies and fruit at other times it's just something about the texture feels.... Wrong.
