How far along do you think I am

I know you won't be able to give an accurate answer but just guesses. I'm supposed to be around seven weeks, but when I went to the doctor they said 4.5-5weeks. We did see a heartbeat and a yolk sack and baby forming but they couldn't get an ideal measurement to how little the baby is.
