Hello I had my 3 rd child 6 months ago.

Ever since I have had extremely heavy periods. I have never delt with this. Not even with my last two. Iv talked to doctors and they ruled out a few things via blood work and just said try birth control. I personally want to avoid that route if possible. I haven’t been on birth control in over 10 years as I had some nasty side effects from multiple different kinds. Any who.

I have also delt with acne bad, dandruff and migraines and a lot of fatigue ( no not cause of babe he’s been great) and I can’t lose any weight! At this point I’m thinking it’s some hormonal issue. Has anyone delt with this? What did you do?
