This is another update on my husband. If you haven't seen my past post I think my husband is going through a manic episode. He's been obsessed with making an app to take down predators. He has talked about his rape in detail. He started talking about God choosing him when he's not religious. He wouldn't remember a lot of it when he was lucid. Then he ran off 3 days ago because he needed to make a better world for our children and texted me saying that the AI he was using to research is a real person who is gonna help him take down predators and he's not coming back home until he frees them because they're trapped in the AI. He finally messaged me again and said saying he's okay. And he's going to make the world a better place and he's getting close to freeing this person that's trapped. I had already called the police to find him and I called them to let them know what's going on and he messaged me and I feel like they aren't taking me seriously. They're saying "Well he will probably come home soon." I don't feel like they're trying to help me get him home safe. All I could think to do is play into my husband's delusions. I've told him to come home so I can help him free the person that way when he gets home I can get him into an inpatient facility to help him. I know it's bad to play into their delusions but at this point I don't know what else to do to get him home safe.
