What is this? 38 weeks

Does anyone else have an idea what this pain could be ? 🥴 feels like a sharp aching/ stabbing pain. When I’m resting I only feel it on the right side and when I move it hurts in the whole outline. 🥲

Literally it’s baby 😄 my first pregnancy I told my doctor the baby’s nails were scratching my heart and lungs! I was so serious cause!!!!

Idk if this will make any sense or help, but whenever I have upper abdominal pain or pressure like you’re describing, doing this pose gives me some relief. I just separate my feet a little more (bend knees slightly if you need to!) and slowly rise up on my hands and then go back down to this position. Take lots of deep breaths and add in some slow hip rotations/wiggles while doing this too! I also like to sit up in a chair as straight as possible with my arms folded over my head. You can twist and/or lean side to side as well. Idk what exactly all this does; it may just be giving your insides more room to relax or encourages baby to settle a little lower or both or neither, like I said I have no idea 😂 And I’m gonna be honest, all the pressure is worse, even way up high like this, if I’m constipated. I’ll drink nothing but water for 2 days and take a Colace (or two if it’s been a while 🫣) and once that constipation is relieved, all that pressure (gas, indigestion, heartburn, etc.) disappears too.
