I’m 9 months postpartum with my second child (period came 3 months postpartum) and my periods have been regular. I was going on vacation so I decided to skip a period using birth control. I have done this many times in the past with no issues. Once I finished my birth control my period came and it lasted 7-8 days and then 3 days later my period came again full blown and with bigger clots. I’ve always been regular and have never had 2 full periods so close together.

Is this normal?

I can ask my doctor but it will take weeks to get an appointment unfortunately.
