Can I conceive after struggling to eat previously

So recently my significant other and I had unprotected sex he finished in me but I have had days where I can not eat normally because of anxiety. Would this be something that can affect my ability to conceive or will it cause complications if I do? I am trying to eat it’s just really hard because I start to get sick.
