I recently had a miscarriage (my 2nd) at 7w5d. Found out at a scan that heartbeat had stopped (was detected at previous scan) so dont know exactly what my hormones were doing & when. For simplicity, I've counted the day I took misoprostol & started fully bleeding as CD1. After my first miscarriage (spontaneous at 5w1d) it definitely took longer for LH surge, so I didnt rush to start testing this time. Took my first OPK at 6pm on CD14, positive for LH surge. Took another test at 8am CD15 (to confirm surge had passed), no surge. I had a weird feeling about it as on a normal cycle, I would get a surge around day 15-16. So I took another test at 1am CD16 (later than planned as I've been out at a BBQ) and its positive for LH surge....... Is this a thing?? Should I be concerned? Am I actually ovulating or is this just crazy hormones?? (I have taken a prgnancy test and confirmed it's negative)
