Possible TW?

I need advice please , I’m 9w1d with my 4th baby & have been having small cramping with off & on light bleeding . My next ob appointment isn’t until Wednesday. Hub & I haven’t had sex in a few days so I don’t it can be from that. Any advice ? So far the bleeding isn’t heavy or anything. I haven’t had an ultrasound just yet for this baby so it does make me a little worried. I’m just hoping everything will be okay :( anyone ever experience something like this with a positive outcome?
