Period like bleeding followed by a positive test!!

Wondering if anyone can help? I had what I thought was my period last week I bled for 5 days (didn’t really pay attention to the blood as I was on holiday and using tampons). Now call me crazy but last night I had the weirdest dream I was pregnant and it felt really really real like someone was telling me something. So I took a test for ✨science✨ because i had some in and wantee get the thought out of my head because i was expecting it be negative. However, i saw a faint line and thought probably indent so ill get an early digita so i dont stew on this all day😂 Well it says pregnant!!! not really sure what to think, has anyone experienced this? ive had an ectopic and my tube removed before so im terrified it could he ectopic!
