Need answers!

I had a d and c about 7 weeks ago. On 9-17 my levels were at a 5. With a neg hpt. Then about a week and a half later I had what I swear was implantation bleeding.  Had my levels tested again on 10-3 after a positive preg test. I was told today that my levels were greater than 5. Still had positive yesterday morning.  I want to believe and I feel pregnant, but not knowing for certain is driving me nuts!  Now I have to wait for the nurse to call tomorrow and go test again, but I am so stressed not knowing :(
