Baby can you help me

I have recently I’ve been told I may have herpes by a visual examination but out of all the research I did it just does not look like anything I’ve seen. Maybe I’m just in denial about the diagnosis but I know before I had irritation down there. I forgot I used a boric acid suppository the day I had sex and I shaved and I believe I had an open sore and I forgot to mention this all to the doctor. Does this looks like herpes or some type of skin rash. Because the symptoms and spots are dwindling before taking any medication I will put a couple pictures of the phases. Only symptom I have is sore to touch and itching but it does not hurt all the time
