Ttc.&exercise+staying fit pregnant
Ok 2 questions: I tend to lift heavy, especially leg press. Im talking 700+ lbs. Is this or any other exercises goingto ruin my chance of conceiving? And 2nd: when i do get pregnant, i want to remain as active as possible (my first i stopped all exercise as we were still at the tail end of the "exercise hurts baby" error, now we know thats not entirely true). So im asking for ways i can keep active and maintain my strength.
