Postpartum constipation
I never knew this was a thing till I had my baby a week ago.. also had an episiotomy done so the fear of having to use the toilet after it was too strong… ended up in the ER twice already for constipation… my tummy makes a funny sound every time now… I’m so scared of eating.. all I do now is drink water (I’m breastfeeding) …
Anyone with the same issues… and how are you dealing with it??? I need help
