4 & 5 Day BEFORE ovulation?

Question

I have a feeling I’m out this month. Didn’t get a chance to BD the rest of my fertile window. I know sperm can live inside your fallopian tubes for up to 3-7 days (depending on source?) but has anyone actually got pregnant BD this far before ovulation? 
I know I’m ovulating today because I’m very in tune with my body and I can feel the twinges every month.

Depends on when you actually ovulate. It’s great you’re in tune with your body and what not, but that’s not really reliable to pinpoint ovulation

Unfortunately there isn't a way to know for sure based on symptoms unless you have consistently confirmed ovulation with BBT. Even then you can have a change in symptoms and not know if they changed in timing if you aren't confirming ovulation with BBT. That happened to me and I wouldn't have known if it wasn't for BBT telling me that my symptoms had shifted or changed. 
Sperm reliably only lives 3 to 5 days so your chances are pretty small.
