Advise highly needed!
Hello Everyone!!
I’m not too sure on what to write but I really need some advice if I can…
In March of this year I got quite sick but doctors aren’t sure what was wrong and I wasn’t able to move much so I was bed written and eating for about 2 months straight which mean I was putting on a lot of weight, I got up to 101kg (put on 20kg)
Once I was able to get around again I slowly started going for walks/jogs as that is what has helped in the past with my exercise but it isn’t helping anymore, I have tried swimming and Have paid for some online PT which also haven’t helped.
I have really started focusing on my diet but I’m struggling to find meals that are easy to make and something I enjoy that give me to nutritional benefits that I need.
It’s been a while but I am really struggling with how I look and I really want to keep focusing on it but it’s got to the point where I am about to just give up on focusing on me cause I see no progress at all.
Does anyone have any advice? Thank you in advance.🩵
