With PCOS the 2 week wait is.never enough. I see alot of posts about when to test.woth PCOS. What im seeing on medical journals and such is that since it can take up to a week for hCG levels to rise, it is best to wait a good seven days or so after a missed period to take a home pregnancy test for eomen with PCOS. Of course they reccomend a blood test but.who.has time for that working FT. So here i wait. 1 week late with negative tests. Today i though the faint line would stay, but it disappeared. So waiting 2 days and will test again.
