My husband and I have been dealing with infertility for seven years. I’ve never wanted anything more in my life than to be a mother. I’ve studied so much over the years to know how to be a good parent, and to raise healthy happy children that won’t need to recover from their childhood’s. Not only do I fertility have issues, but he also has sperm issues. On top of that I have chronic (genetic) health issues I’m not sure I would be willing to risk passing on to biological children. My sister in law has offered before to be our surrogate before. Things have gotten a bit more serious. Her and her boyfriend have come to us and said they would like to have a baby for us. That they think we would be wonderful parents and are sad we aren’t able to have children of our own. It would be there sperm and egg as both of ours are not viable. I imagine this isn’t surrogacy as it isn’t mine or my husband’s biological material so more of a planned adoption?

Is this weird? Does this seem crazy? Just looking for some people’s thoughts.
