Just had an HSG about a week ago and I’m ovulating sometime around yesterday/today based on my OPKs. Had the strangest dream last night that I finally got pregnant and it was with twins. Which ever since I was a kid I’ve always had this overwhelming feeling that one day I would have twin girls. I know dreams mean nothing, but the timing and the dream was so specific that maybe it’s a sign 🤞 I guess I’ll find out in a couple of weeks
