Am i pregnant period late by 6 days!!!

I took a plan b 2 or 3 months ago, but I took it while I was already ovulating (I know it doesn’t work if your ovulating) but it still made my period late by a couple days the first 2 periods after taking it. But now it’s 6 days late. The day o was supposed to get my period i had all the normal period symptoms (cramps sore breast) but it just won’t come!! Has anyone experienced this? Should I be worried ? Should I take a pregnancy test? I’m scared to take one.
