Does anyone have insight on implantation bleeding or early miscarriage (like first weeks the egg and sperm connected but it didnt take)

Back story: not trying, thought I was having period but we are

On day 7-8 ish. Very very odd. I have no idea what’s happening but I also overthink everything and have experienced phantom symptoms. Also only had one child 13 years ago.

I will be taking a test as soon as I’m home but I’m in an airport and never dreamed about finding out either way in a public place that is packed In the ladies room 🤣🤣
