I’ve been dealing with burning pain during intercourse pretty much since I first became sexually active 10ish years ago. The ob always said it’s a lack of lubrication. I recently went to a new ob and I brought it up again (the struggle was real…. I hate talking about it:) ) she did a physical exam and said my chronic back pain is related and that the nerves in my back end in the vaginal wall muscles which results in the pain. She recommended pelvic floor pt. While I wait on the insurance game to approve it…. Has anyone gone to this before? Experience with how and if it works?
