Worried ☹️

I have a small bump/lump on the outside of my vagina (no idea the proper terminology for where it is so have included a diagram from google to show and have circled the area where it is)

Noticed a few months ago and assumed it was ingrown hair or a spot and forgot about it, just realised it’s still there and when I touch it it’s a little painful but otherwise I don’t notice it.

Worried sick about what it could be because all google comes back with is cancer. 😢 Any help/advice is appreciated
