Me and my husband posted a video Facebook of our 8 year old son doing gymnastics. One of my friends commented saying "Cute video. Couldn't finish watching because Ryan's voice makes me want to get stabbed by a knife." My husband has always been insecure about his voice and he was talking to his mom about it. He's been told in the past his voice is annoying. When he was on the phone with him mom he said "It brings back memories to High school when I had a crush on that girl Merlin and she told one of my friends 'Ryan is hot and funny but I don't really like his voice." I asked my husband later why he's thinking about a crush from high school. I'm his wife. He said he was just upset about someone talking about his voice and it triggered him and brought back other memories of people calling his voice annoying. I don't understand why he's thinking about another girl though. That just seems weird. He even remembers her name and he hasn't been to high school in 14 years 🧐
